Superset
10 sets laterals 25s-35s reps 40-10

10 sets pull ups Bodyweight reps 16-7

10 sets shrugs 95s reps 30-20

Sweating to the oldies day:

Three rounds - 5 min each (15 mins)
-Alternate: farmers walk, airdyne, rower, d-bell press, sandbag carries
5 mins - Treadmill

Stretches - lower-back, hams, hips.
- Making a tremendous difference in back pain, especially after SQ and DL.
- Normally limp around for days, not anymore.

Rotary calf / Nose-beakers / Arnold Presses - 4 sets each

Working on getting better, thank you!   Lots of doctorr appointments and they did give me the okay to train again. ;D

DB Inclines - 4 sets {bench set at 30 degrees}
DB Flyes - 4 sets

Super-Set:
{Crunches - 2 X failure
{Lying Leg Raises - 2 X failure


Went much heavier today.....I was so freakin` sore for the last few days I could barely function.

Weirdly enough,I feel no McPain at all,and it was killing me a week ago.

Bench day / Pressing day (I dont really do "Chest or Pecs" per se)...

Bench
- 225 x 5 (2 sets raw)
- 315 x 3 (4 sets w/ SS)
Close Grip Bench (no SS needed)
- 225 x 5-8 (4 sets)
JM Press
- 185 x 5-8 (4 sets)
Nose Breakers
- 115 x 8-10 (4 sets)
 
Lying Tricep Ext (tricep bar)
- 4 sets
Dips
- 4 sets
Tricep Cable-Press
- 4 sets

Some good things that came out of it:
Much less shoulder pain, so bench and close grip w/out Slingshot felt very good.
Can now do Dips again pretty much pain-free.

Dips..I do cgb and dips on tricep day but also gets me a second chest day
Rope pushdowns
Pushdowns with a straight bar
Was about to start biceps and I thought what the Hell so I put a couple 25s on my ez curl bar and backed up to a wall to see what this strict curl shit felt like.So I did that weight easy then did 100 easy so then I put on 120 and it was easy too. I didn’t go any heavier because I had a bicep workout to do but I am pretty sure I had 150 in me. I will be 64 next month Hell I might be a record holder  ;D
Any way did Db curls 3 sets
Cable curls then did several sets of hammer curls
Did some wrist curls then called it a day
We have had snow and ice for a couple of days and us Texans don’t know how to handle that but I got my workout done in that cold barn.

One of the guys on my team at work is in TX.
He grew up in Michigan so is used to foul weather.

But he tells me about the morons out there in TX when it snows, they are all over the place literally.
IM in NH and normally we're mobbed with snow/cold/ice.

Its been warm (40) and Springlike (not much snow) all Winter so far... Enjoyable for a change.

yeah the people here cannot drive on ice but for some damn reason they are confident as Hell.Never even slow down just drive like a bat out of Hell all over the place
