Was about to start biceps and I thought what the Hell so I put a couple 25s on my ez curl bar and backed up to a wall to see what this strict curl shit felt like.So I did that weight easy then did 100 easy so then I put on 120 and it was easy too. I didn’t go any heavier because I had a bicep workout to do but I am pretty sure I had 150 in me. I will be 64 next month Hell I might be a record holder
Any way did Db curls 3 sets
Cable curls then did several sets of hammer curls
Did some wrist curls then called it a day
We have had snow and ice for a couple of days and us Texans don’t know how to handle that but I got my workout done in that cold barn.
