Woot Woot just ordered a cable crossover no idea how its going to fit in my weight room but going to put it there somehow. It is plate loaded so can go heavy and its cheaper than a regular functional trainer with weights. Plan is to do cable crosses for chest and tricep pressdowns but had no cables here prior so this is a big step up for me. My right pectorial and tricep are injured and need more than just dumbells to recover need that pump never felt dumbell flyes right and one arm dumbell tricep extensions put to much strain on the shoulder joint. My old ass needed the cables. If anyone is looking for a cheap cable crossover under 500$ this one looked good to me

Correct I have had multiple injuries on the right side to include having my right tricep surgically reattached, 2 shoulder surgeries and now 3 partial pec tears add in some nerve damage due to a herniated disc in my neck and yes the right side is behind. I am training with dumbells now and hoping to bring up the right side but yes it is behind. Most guys give up and stop training when they start getting those kind of injuries but that would just make it worse. I plan to grow out of it. Once my cable machine shows up I will start focusing on the right tricep. Currently my left arm is a full inch larger than my right with much better bicep peak and tricep definition. Of course my right arm was also black and unable to move 3 months ago it will come back some with time

TRT is a prescribed medication. Minimal doses to replace your natural level. It's like using prescription pain meds to get ready for a contest. Its not cheating.
