T-bar rows are brutal on the lower back.
In strict form, with handeable weights, i liked it. Now my back doesn't allow it anymore.
Dumbest exercise is barbell hip thrusts. I don't know how this fad became such a big thing. My regular gym underwent a refurb and both a hip thrust bench and machine. And possibly still take up benches, bars and racks doing this POS exercise.
Did the Swiss invent the Swiss-Ball?
Interesting point my man
Which leads me to question the invention of Swiss Cheese.
good mornings definitly taylor swifts favorite
i love tbar rows... always took the advice of lee haney and used the 25lb plates instead of 45's.. better squeeze by far... thats for ya'll amateurs out there!
I used to do them a lot too in my 20s.
People either discount or just don't know enough about chest supported rows either with a BB or DB. Just as effective and a low back saver in the long run.
