On the plus side, you could argue ineffective counsel or some such I bet. Big comic book tranny made a spectacle of themselves, and prejudiced the jury. I'd know I'd be annoyed as a juror if I had to watch that for more than a day or two.

Got to play it cool on the left coast though. The whole system is rigged in favor of the left out here. If you raise that argument,  they might throw the book at you and charge you with contempt or some trumped up (no pun intended) hate crime.

But in any other district/region that would be a fantastic argument.
