Well, let's see....

KITT - Knight Rider

Ecto 1 - Ghostbuster

General Lee - Dukes of Hazzard

Batmobile - 60's television show/Batman films

Delorean - Back to the Future

I'm sure I'm probably missing some others.
Now, I'm not talking the capabilities a particular vehicle may have but just strictly by the way it looks.

I'm gonna go with the Delorean.  8)

No wait...  it was a doggiemobile, wasn't it?  But it was kind of shaped like a wiener dog.

Lots of American car buffs have imported 1973 Australian Ford Falcon XB coupes and made replicas of Max Rockatansky's MFP interceptor. That is a replica. Madmaxmovies.com is  treasure trove of information about Mad Max if anyone is interested.

As a kid I thought that the General Lee was cool as fuck just because they got in and out through the windows and not the doors, and it jumped over things. The A-Teams van looked good but didn't really do anything special. The original Batmobile was very cool, but the car to beat all cars was KITT, it talked for fucks sake. How cool is that!

I was referring on the looks alone on a particular car - not what it can do. But you're right, KITT was a pretty tight lookin' car.  8)

In Ace Ventura 2: when nature calls the bad guy takes off in some lil jeep...

... then Ace comes out of nowhere in this monster truck and runs him down.  Definitely my favorite.
