legs look good dude,they are leaner than ur upper body,usually other way around.

looking good,i'm 42 we have very similar builds ,i have shorter bi's 2 but they peak up like yours would,same arm and forearm veins allover 2,i keep yr round abs and they look better when i'm tan.props...

Post by: njflex on September 14, 2010, 07:56:34 PM: great legs bro ,,take this for what its worth your conditioning will be great due to being ripped all yr from the past pics i saw,chest wise at this point all i would say is lots of dips and i really like and u could use light weight for it last sets for chest go on smith machine if u use one and flat bench press to high point of neck to almost lower point of neck it fills in or swells clavicle and upper chest and delt area better than inclines,just my 2 cents if u have done them then disregard advice otherwise i think u have good chance bro for good placing.best of luck.
