Who is doing shows this year?

Personally looking at doing a few shows early/late summer.....

Would love to see who else is doing some shows naturally to bounce ideas and learn from each other....

For you guys that replied...is this first show, novice...what exactly?

I have a few shows under my belt and looking at doing a few here in Boston.....

Would love to chat off line and see what has been workng with you guys from trianing, nutrition, diet etc etc

Have you done this show before?  I did it in 2005 (my first shows) and 2006.

no never done it before. Just the eastern seaboard (atlanta) in 05

You gonna do the show again?

Maybe one day; but, I dont think I will be doing it again this year.  Doing it this year would mean that I only get January and Febuary to train without dieting--I feel I need more time to make improvements before competing again.  Its a good show though. 

What class are you planning on competing in?

im gonna compete in the inbf natrual hercules on june 2nd and in a northeast classic  the 16 i think it is in june also..... first show in ny ny and second in ct.

I competed in the NPA Novice Central England in 2004,winning the class,in 2005 won the heavyweights at the NPA Heart of England,scaped down to middleweight at the South East and placed second,got 5th in the Britsh Finals at heavyweight and won the mixed pairs.Then went to the Worlds in Paris placed 4th in the mixed pairs and 10/11 :-[ in the 80 kg class-didn't get a call out  :'(

I am looking to compete at the CBBF World Qualifier on June 16 in Toronto Canada.  And on top of that I am running 2 shows - IDFA Toronto Classic on June 30, and the IDFA Canadian Classic III on Nov 3... both in Toronto Canada... more info at www.canadian-classic.com

Good luck to everyone, any tips, advice, supps they recommend on using?

Personally I started imlementing Muscle Milk, one scoop before bed every night and have managed to put on about 5 lbs in a month, waist line still seems to be holding.....
