I don't blame Bush for the attack. I never would. US foreign policy is to blame. US foriegn policy that is driven by capitalism/and support of Israel....something that involves both parties.
Don't confuse that with me blaming the USA. Becuase i'm not. What happen was, is we messed with radicals. That what happens when you mess with radicals.

He was in office for barely 9 months and this is another reason why it's totally insane to even remotely believe that conspiracy theorists blame Bush and his administration!!
