I've got some GREAT news guys!!!

Probodybuilding.com has just confirmed that Johnny Jackson (http://www.jojfitness.com/) and Quincy Taylor (http://www.quincytaylor.net/) have just confirmed in joining our TEAM!

They will be available online everyday Monday - Friday for 3 hours each day! This is very exciting news for the growth of our Company and will be just the beginning of MANY more exciting things to come your way! I hope you all take part in this site and help us to make it one of the best Bodybuilding websites in the world.

It is time we raised the bar and added some much needed quality to the web on this ever so popular industry!

I hope so. I love baseball but was soooo done after being off work all summer & not being able to sell hardly any Tiger's tickets. However, this year should be slightly better as we're splitting the package with the guys who sat next to us.

They looked horrible when they played the D-backs last year.

The D-backs don't have any money to spend in the FA market, so I'm not sure what they're hoping for this year.

If they can't even afford to bring back Randy Johnson, I'm not that optimistic.

Yeah, but no one else in the NL West has money to spend other than the Dodgers and all they are going to get is Manny probably. They are losing a couple pitchers and their short stop. Padres are on a cutting phase and getting rid of everyone and the Giants only have a couple pitchers but no hitting.

So all in all, I am very optimistic!! NO Randy though! Let him go man, mullet boy is done...

The young pups showed some offense toward the end of the year so lets hope they mature and we will regain the West! Our pitching just might be enough even if the offense sputters at times again

We are in the process of having THOUSANDS of shirts made up and will be giving them away for free in some way or fashion. I am thinking that the One on One with the Pros section of the website will be only be a few dollars a month for the first few months and will have an option of buying a shirt for the cost of postage (Around $4 bucks)

We are also talking to many other bodybuilders and fitness women to be in our 1 on 1 forum on a daily basis and it is looking good that we will have an ALL STAR cast!

We are working hard for you guys! The more lively we can make this forum.. the better it will be for us all. Stay active and i will keep you all posted!

Thanks for the ideas and the support!

By the way.. we will have Y-back tanks, T-shirts, Regular Tanks, and sleeveless T's!

Here's the plan.

Starting this January I am going to start a cycle of DC training for the first time. First off, I need something different, second, it's always had an appeal to me.

I will stay on the DC training for 8-12wks, haven't decided the exact time frame yet, may play it by ear. After that I'll switch back to my normal method of training...will probably take a one wk break in between that.

I will also be following the official probodybuilding.com diet outlines.

Should be fun, I'll keep all of you updated.
