Here's the plan.

Starting this January I am going to start a cycle of DC training for the first time. First off, I need something different, second, it's always had an appeal to me.

I will stay on the DC training for 8-12wks, haven't decided the exact time frame yet, may play it by ear. After that I'll switch back to my normal method of training...will probably take a one wk break in between that.

I will also be following the official probodybuilding.com diet outlines.

Should be fun, I'll keep all of you updated.

DC can be brutal, but prob my favorite program.

From the Probodybuilding.com forum:

We are in the process of having THOUSANDS of shirts made up and will be giving them away for free in some way or fashion. I am thinking that the One on One with the Pros section of the website will be only be a few dollars a month for the first few months and will have an option of buying a shirt for the cost of postage (Around $4 bucks)

We are also talking to many other bodybuilders and fitness women to be in our 1 on 1 forum on a daily basis and it is looking good that we will have an ALL STAR cast!

We are working hard for you guys! The more lively we can make this forum.. the better it will be for us all. Stay active and i will keep you all posted!

Thanks for the ideas and the support!

By the way.. we will have Y-back tanks, T-shirts, Regular Tanks, and sleeveless T's!

Coming soon!

On a side note, it looks like I'll be paying close to 2K for repairs to my '98 Monte Carlo.

They took apart the engine to repair/replace the intake manifold gaskets and replace the serpentine belt.

Unfortunately, they found out that they can't put it back together because the engine head had a huge hole in it meaning I need to replace it, which will cost $800 alone.

I'm pissed...........

Also have to have my Driver side power window motor/switch replaced.

They're paying for my rental because these jobs will take a couple days, but I told her that they'd better take several hundred off the total bill because I'm already paying much more than I ever expected.

I just hope they aren't deliberately fucking me, because these type of repairs "we didn't know until we took it apart" sound shady.   >:(

She looks good, still feminine!

Good quality muscle on her.

I wonder if she's on anything and if so, what.....

I hope she doesn't cross over to the Darkside, or if she has that she doesn't dip in too deep.   :-\

See if the dealer/repair shop can find a used engine in a junk yard.  I've done that before and it's much cheaper than a brand new engine.

I wouldn't call myself a car expert by any means, but I do know that if there is a hole in the engine head, a lot of the time you can't see or find this until you take the engine apart.

Thanks DIV... I knew you'd come around eventually ;)

Time to trade up. Get yourself a used 2006 or 2007 Monte Carlo SS...you'll love it.  ;)

I'm very honest, and that's too much for most people.

You have a decent build to be sure, hopefully you don't get overzealous and ruin your femininity like some of your sisters.

There are very few female bodybuilders that I'd date, the tanned skin just doesn't do it for me.

I wouldn't call myself a car expert by any means, but I do know that if there is a hole in the engine head, a lot of the time you can't see or find this until you take the engine apart.

Sometimes it takes him awhile, but he usually comes around  :)

Evidently when this type of service was done in the first few years, the person stripped the bolt that holds the whole thing together and thus when it was taken apart, they couldn't put it back together without replacing the engine head.

I just dropped 2G's to have all my repairs done.

Lower intake gaskets replaced, D/S window switch replaced, engine head replaced.....   >:(

Time to trade up. Get yourself a used 2006 or 2007 Monte Carlo SS...you'll love it.  ;)

No more large repairs, just small services.....

If I get a new Monte Carlo, it'll be a 2007 and I'll pay cash.

No credit required.

True but they'll be back within a couple years (redesigned).

Shit they finally put the V-8 in the 2006.

Few quirks with the video channel still. Everything should be working by the first of the year.

A Monte Carlo is a Chevy.  Selling cars about now as we all see is no fun.  Suprised they are even thinking about building many of the cars they do.  Cant see sports cars Like Vettes, Camaros, Mustangs making them any money, Mustang has done OK as of late I guess.

Big 3 bail out will keep Detroit and all of Mich pretty much from turning into a scene from "Escape From New York"

Many towns there already do  :(

Ford now says they don't need bail-out money hiring a private firm to help them out

A Monte Carlo is a Chevy.

Oh yeah, my bad.  2nd day of low carbs, barely remember my name, lol.  But Chevy, Pontiac, same shit.  Just had to put a grand into my 2000 Grand Am GT.  I hope this year is better than last.  About this time last year my cooling system broke down.  It then proceded to break 2 more times in 2 months but different parts so I had to pay again.  Then about a month after that I was driving along and one of my springs snapped and dropped the car onto the tire.  That was fun.

I have to drive about 700km each way to go home for Christmas.  In the cold.  On the ice.  Wish me luck boys.   :(
