The Zodiac has never been identified.
I think it is highly likely that EWE was the Zodiac killer. He was in the areas of all the killings and made his children watch shows on the Zodiac killer and have outbursts and yell that they got it all wrong and that's not how it happened.
He was highly intelligent and got away with many murders. He liked to frame other people for murders and would choose victims that stood a high stand of being convicted. Like for example Scott Peterson who came across as a liar and cheater.
