I get PM'ed all the time what is my eating like? Well here is a typical Friday night with cheat meal in:
6am: 4 Isle of Skye scallops lightly seasoned.
9am: Starbucks Caramel Macchchiato with almond milk iced upside down.
12pm Cornish turbot
2pm: peanuts-one cup
4pm: Kind bar
7pm: 100 day aged Cumbrian blue Grey
9pm: Kinder Bueno bar with one cup Oat Milk
11pm: warm whole vitamin D milk/book-Goodnight
