5 mike is a lot for over 200 pounds?
I’m walking around at about 185 these days and I try to keep it mainly on soft surfaces whenever possible. I do some treadmill runs as well. But yeah over 200 pounds is tough for running, 3 miles would probably be enough.
As said, weight training, done intelligently, is your best bet for anti aging. I also think a little morning routine where you lube up the joints with some rotational movements helps a lot as well.
Having an understanding of nutrition and fat loss is huge too.
