the tennis elbow question.
I am suffering from a sharp pain in my elbows it really hurts mostly on the extension part of my exercises and at nights I have to sleep with my arms straight if not the elbows will start to burn like a hot needle is piercing me.
I tried lightening my weights but yesterday i did triceps extension with 30 pounds on the v bar and i could only do half reps, i did kick backs with 15 pounds and those hurt like a mother.
i can take 2 maybe three weeks off from training chest(incline, flat, all tricep work and military presses).
is it tennis elbow?
can i or should i continue to do pec deck flyes on shoulder days this is the only exercise that do not hurt my triceps?
