Interesting group of people. They are doing something positive with regards to fitness 'moving bodies'. This is healthier than doing nothing physical at all except lifting a fork to one's mouth. Too bad 'SELF's Future of Fitness' is not more inclusive instead of exclusively female orientated. Some large men who have the same issues could benefit from this program.
