I believe he swaped things every 6 weeks and stayed on for around 18 weeks, twice per year so was on 36 weeks out of 52 which is what most guyys are still doing now, the only diff being the amount of hgh as its now cheaper late 90s 16iu per day was the norm, now i believe even more, i have no doubt that Doz increased his dose two and thats why he got trunk growth meaning expansion of the belly, everything grows, the way around this now supposedly smaller more frequent shots spaced 3 hours aprt, wont make a huge difference in my opinion Blacks still seem to be able to get away without having their waists expand as much as the white guys the exception being Ronnie, but thats got more to do with Chad and his loading or overloading, huge abusers of Jins like Cormier whos done 20 a day for long periods but still doesnt have guts like Ruhl, who no bullshit has apparently taken as much as 56iu per day, along with other large germans no not Gunter
