Monster Work Love Question...

I work for a paper company in Pennsylvania, named dunder Mifflin. I worked there for the past 5 years. There is this girl named Pam who is the receptionist who was engaged to get married last year. To make a long story short, I feel in love with her and believe that I would care for her more than the guy whom she was engaged to. We ended up kissing and I told her that I loved her, but she said that she is going to marry this guy named 'Roy'. Well, I moved to Stamford for a promotion, but also to leave behind the broken heart. I met this new girl who I have been dating forf a lil bit....but all the sudden due to some company trouble, they merged my branch with the one I left. So I came back to Pennsylvania with my new girlfriend and Pam was still there. However, I found out that she had left Roy at the alter and called things off. Unfortunately, I harbor feelings for Pam still. My new girl thinks that me and her never kissed but recently Roy found out and now he wants to hurt me. My question is this, with me and Pam's kiss now public knowledge, do I stay with the current girl who is great or do I make a move for the one girl who I know I love , Pam.... thanks ...
