pec striation cocktail shakers
bent over dropped my bottle cap rows.

mainly back shit..

oh I did some calves exterminating a cricket and some upper chest yelling at mexiwhores crossing El Norte on a red light.

well i like to lift early in the day but being im a nice guy when clavin and i work out i lift in the evening w him...never a thanks for rearranging your scheduele for me gene...no none of that
so tonight to make it even more annoying he wants to work out even later so now i have to completly alter my pre workout supplementation routine...but i did
so to make a long story short i got the workout planning pms mixed up which isnt hard to do cuz clavin floods my inbox daily wth his bizarre ramblings and we were susposed to do back tris but i thought it was delts and tris..so we did delts together then he went off and did back...i tried finding him to apologize and say good bye but he left

we all make mistakes calvin

Haha, I usually do arms on Friday but if I ever skip a lift, it's always Fridays. I can't neglect beach muscles so I moved them up a day. Now if I skip Fridays it will be shoulders.  :D
