hybrid super set of dumbell skull crushers and overhead extension{fuckin new year resolutioners,any time I moved some dork stole the bench or cable machine I was using >:(}

overhead dumbell extension...4 sets...last set was 85 x 12 for me
1 arm dumbell preachers..3 sets of 45 x 10 for me
incline dumbell curls...3 sets of 35 x 7 for me
seated 2 arm machine pushdowns superset w machine curls...4 x 12 ss 4 x 12

calves..seated calf...5 x 12

then i did abs
hanging reverse crunch...3 x 12
hanging wipers...3 x 12 per side
bosu ball ab standups...3 x 10

jumprope 10 minutes
