Just taking a break from the same old weight workouts and hitting different exercises. Good for cardio and you still get to move some weight around.

Haven't lifted consistently in a couple of months. This afternoon in my garage gym I flat benched 265 for 5 sets of 10 to get back in the groove. On rep 7 of the sixth set I got trapped and had to get the wife, who weighs 150 lbs soaking wet, to help me get the bar up so I wouldn't crush myself under such a beastly ::) ::) weight. She made some cracks about that, and I woulda bitch slapped her 'cept I couldn't raise either of my arms ;D
