Has anyone else noticed that Jay doesn't seem to be able to tense his abs properly and crunch them down like he used to in the ab and thigh pose?

In 2001 he had a really deep nice set of abs. WTF happened?

Mr. Olympias are not allowed to have good abs.
eg.
see Ronnie Coleman, Lee Haney, Dorian Yates (1994, 96, 97), Sergio Oliva.

I think they looked pretty good ??? His ab thigh has always been a bad shot for him. Hulkster is right tho. Mr O alway shas shitty abs haha!

Im talking about his abs only in the abs and thigh shot.
He just doesnt sem to be able to crunch his abs down like he used to, its not as simple as just having porr abs. He just stays in the pre posed stretched position whilst everyone else crunches their abs downwards.

Most likley trying to hide his worst pose. The more he crunches down the worse that pose looks for him.

Everyones abs where awesome when they where 30 lbs lighter and in there early 20's. But you are correct. Still has the best set of abs out of all the mass monsters tho!

Yes maybe but I think Jay would look better if he crunched down sideways slightly. It would take away from his straight up and down fridge like taper in that pose.

Jay tenses his abs well in the side tri but not int he abs and thigh pose and I have no idea why.

dorian had good abs, but, like Jay, his bulging waistline makes the pose look horrible, expecially standing next to the King of All Ab and Thigh Poses, Shawn Ray.

Look at the most recent picture of Jay, why are his nipples in different places? The earlier picture of Jay doesn't show the nipples in different places syndrome.

You are kidding, right? Dorian makes Jay look 4 weeks out and his abs are superior to Jay's. Jay's abs have become all screwed up looking in the last year or two. When he does the ab/thigh they look really funky.

Well he clearly is very well conditioned and hard but the taper and definition are poor and barely showing. He sure is thick though.

usually i think shawn owns him in any ab shot, but in this pic he destroys ray and levrone.... maybes its just my eyes

There is no way that Jay could ever beat Dorian on conditioning, what are you talking about dude? Dorian nailed his conditioning like nobody else, paperthin skin, veins everywhere, show me one vein on jay!
