just wondering if these test booster supplements like tribulus (sp) really work?

on tribulus, mixed report from blind scientific studies. If you can get your hands on it cheaply try it, I've been meaning to but cant be bothered at the moment. some people on here claim it works but could be a placebo effect.
ZMA does seem to work, for me at least. Its also cheap so can easily try it out!

not really. Don't expect 'steroid like gains'.
some people feel midly better, some feel nothing at all.

I like the combo products that have multiple ingredients the two that have worked best for me are N1T by universal, and Vitrix by Nutrex.

Ultimate Nutrition's Tribulus works well and is rather cheap. Normally, it's $25 (I got it for $20 at GNC), Each pill is 750 mg of Trib (40% saponins). I usually take two per day an hour before my workout (along with ALC, Vitamin C, and Avena Sativa).

I experiment with tribulus from time to time. In my experience there is not a marked effect. The study I have seen and previously posted on this board is not particularly encouraging.
