I can mix it with tuna/salad.
Once did it with water (doesnt work), and cottage cheese. Yuk.
Looking for other methods.
I have some walnut oil as well. I'm especially interested in these oils cause they are healthy and anti-inflammatory.
How many grams a day?

i take mine with a 22g needle ;)

Capsules, that shit tastes horrible.

I'm not a believer in flax, but olive oil is easy enough to use in cooking (meat, fish, pasta) and adds some flavor to boot.

Some people buy the whole flaxseeds and grind them in a coffee grinder, then add it to their protein shakes. I believe you can buy flaxseeds already ground. Just make sure you store them in a dark place. They are sensitive to light and go rancid quickly.

Yes! A coffee grinder works great!
as long as coffee beans haven't been in it ;)

flax oil in my shake, ground baking flax in wheat pancakes ( takes a little longer to make but they really taste good!)

If you have the gel caps, freeze them and they won't repeat up. Very good for the fish oil

Just pour it into a spoon and then put the spoon into your mouth and swallow... And have something tasty waiting to wash it down. I used to try to mix it in with my shakes, but it always overpowered everything! Just spoon it down!

Man you gotta put the Flaxseed oil in with your protein shake - powder, frozen strawberries and blueberries, spoonful of peanut butter, 3 spoonfuls of flaxseed oil, and pineapple/banana/orange juice. Taste GREAT! FYI don't start with 3 spoonfuls, start first few days with 1 then 2 for a few then 3's a good #.

I put it in my brown rice w/a packet of splenda...delicious!

You put 3 Tbsp's of Flax oil in your shakes??? That's over 375 calories & 42 grams of fat???

Are you counting total shake? Cause the Flaxseed oil I have only adds 120 calories & 13.5g of fat. I haven't totalled the whole shake, but the protein I get from Protein Factory (ion-exchanged whey) is basically just protein - 50g per serving. - not to mention the peanut butter, but it seems to work for me - I'll add more when I'm trying to put in size - but the rest of the year I keep it at 3, keep my diet clean, I stay around 190lbs, 5'9" and keep bodyfat % in single digits. But that's just me - I'm a 'hardgainer' - - never broke the 200lbs but i never really tried - well I've tried but as soon as I lost my abs, I stopped - I get more ass having abs than being over 200lbs.

The 120 Calories/13.5g Fat is per Tbsp... So that would be 360 calories & 40.5g of Fat... You said you added 3 spoonfulls, I assumed you meant Tablespoons, since that's the serving size.

Yeah, my bad, one serving has 40 calories and 4.5 g of total fat. One of my spoons holds 5 mls and that is one serving ... so three of those is 120 and 13.5. And like i said I will go higher both when I'm cutting and bulking - when cutting I don't want to lose any muscle mass so thats where I get my quality cals and fats, but I don't knock it up to 9 servings (360 calories) -you wouldn't be able to train - you'd be in the head all day.
