I like doing a circuit of:

1.  Thai bag:  clinching, kneeing, plus kicks and punch combos
2.  Ground and Pound bag:  Moving from side/north-south/mount/knee in the ribs.
3.  Greco Roman wrestling:
4.  Defending from the guard:  With punches, mouth piece in, mma gloves on me, 16 ouncers on feeder
5.  Medicine Ball

1 minute each, little or no rest done three times.  You will need at least three partners to give everyone the rest they need in between rounds.  This worked great for my last sub tourney.
