Title: Can you get a flu shot while "On"
Post by: nder98 on October 17, 2006, 11:29:13 AM: Stupid question, my company is giving out free flu shots, I got my show in less than 3 weeks. Can I get one? or is this a no no? ???

really div????

i wouldnt. flu shots can make you sick temporarily...mess up your diet, hydration, and workouts if youre 3 weeks out from a show.

get it a few days after your show if its that important

I suppose it depends on how sensitive his immune system is.

I don't have any reaction from flu shots, so if I was in his sitation I wouldn't sweat it.

I think some of you tend to push the boundaries a bit.

People have competed in bodybuilding contests with much worse than a touch of the flu.

It's up to him and how sensitive his body is.

i know it fucks me up for a day or two.....sometimes 3. thats why i dont do it...id rather take my chances.
