hey getbig broz.. just wanna ask you guys.. is tht common 2 hav some kind of pain in ur chest after you train ur chest.. i mean.. having the pain like .. ermm for 2-3 days? i dont think so im overtraining coz.. im doing like 4 kind of exc and a total of 12 sets..

maybe you went a little too heavy and stretched the chest a bit too far. You will be sore after a good chest workout though.

i traind very hard and very intense, and im usually sore 2-3 days after each bodypart i train... i belive that if you aint sore, you aint worked hard enough... PAIN IS WEAKNESS LEAVING THE BODY

how long have you been training? sounds like you just started or have switched up your training to this new way of doing things...either way just give it a few days to pass. A few more sessions later and you'll forget all about it.
