PBW is by far the best radio show out there.the hosts are awesome.bob and dan are amazing hosts and ask all the questions of all types.this is by far the first radio show wich has big names from the bodybuilding industry being interviewed live.i think  soyou guys have done an amazing job and this is what bodybuilding fan like me wanted....to hear my idols..good job people..i have the utmost respect for you all.some of my favourite interviews are victor martinez,ronnie coleman,jay cutler,lou ferrigno,mike matarazzo,mike francois,dennis james and ben weider....

I don't think Chick has a lot to say, but I could listen to that funky Brooklyn-meets-Chicago-meets-Toronto accent all day. That voice cracks me up.

True that.  Dont blast Pumping Iron threads then start a useless thread about PBW.  Isnt there enough of them throughout the week?  Hypocrite.

a prefer  PWO: a mixture of creatine, glutamine, maltodetrin and some dextrose. PBW only leads to pure fat and too much BS
