Title: Dave Palumbo Deserves A Big "Thank You" From All of Us At Getbig

Whatever you thought of Jumbo Palumbo before, respect the man now.

seems to me that some of you guys should attend to getting in shape yourselves first instead of getting played by him.

in any case, don't know what palumbo's doing and don't give a fuk, but there is as much chance of adonis and knob jockey actually fighting as adonis performing 225lb dls for 112 reps on youtube.
