i always thought the easiest "all drugs" giveaway was leg growth. i think at some point for naturals they just stop growing, and then some gear and bam, 4 inches!!!

That is John Stone from www.johnstonefitness.com . He is a great guy who has transformed his body rather dramatically over the years.
Oh, and guess what protein he uses? Yep, AtLarge's Nitrean.

look at the dates and timeline, it took the guy for years to accomplish shit, but a no-size test bloat. Hell a real genetic gift would gain 100 lbs. in one year if he was training, eating, and juicing right.....give it up for mr. no-size and his pics..................yo u still look like crap.

100 pounds.... you are retarted ::)

no Im not, for example kevin levrone is able to put on 60 or 70 lbs in 18 weeks, the guy in the pics looks like shit for one, took him four years to accomplish that shitty build. He has genetics that are legs only, everything else is nothing but a hardgainers build. The guy is a damn joke, and looks like one too.

Fool! Like many commentators you assume that you know what his training goals are--or worse, you assume that your goals are his goals. Not so.
Based on his progression there is a high degree of probability that his goals for his physique changed over time as he began to meet his own benchmarks and set new ones. That he didn't do (with his physique) what you dream of doing with yours is not a mark of failure. Bah!

The Dave Tate diet is hard to have any opinion on, since neither Berardi nor Tate gave out info whether Tate was on a drug cycle or not.
IMO, they're not telling the whole story as long as they don't give out all the info. It's even misleading, if someone discusses a training/diet success which included the use of AAS, without giving out a summary of the drugs used.

We're all adults here. He didn't tell us "the sky is blue" either but did he have to? It's a great transformation by any measure. It's not as if he was drug free as a weightlifter.
