I mean what else could this post say? He retired...thats pretty much the news really.

I'm not affected by his decision in anyway shape or form, sun will come up tomorow.

How bout those mets?

Thorpe is probably the better all-rounder compared to Phelps.

Phelps won what, 7 Golds at the last Olympics? How many did the Thorpedoe win? I think it was one.

I will never forget when Thorpe beat Van Den Hoegenband and Phelps at the 200 meter freestyle in Athens 2004. Was a great moment in sports period.

Three great athletes.
