depends on bodyfat and your body structure, but i would definetly say on the smaller side...eat eat eat

just the considered "normal" weight for a male 5'10 is 166lbs. Considering you are posting on a bodybuilding board...that should be closer to 200.

are you trying to say the must muscle women find attractive on a 5'10''guy is 184 lbs your pretty far off. sure they dont like mass monsters like ronnie, but a solid 225 will pull way more chicks bro.

yea i'd say you're a little on the feather weight side pal. your size is actually considered good in the little redneck area i'm from but personally i'm 5'9 175 and turn heads all the time. i'd start packin on some serious size if i were you. but don't try adding size to quickly that'll just end up in deformity's. w/e you decide best of luck to ya.

I agree with everyone who said depending on your goals. I would say maybe between 180-200.
