I recently had a brutal arm workout and I noticed a few days later that there was some bruising and black and blue in an area of my bicep. Anyone know why?

I would have thought it would be unrelated to the workout. Maybe you bruised it randomly. Maybe you got a slight muscle tear, that would cause bruising but I would have thought you'd feel it happening.
