I liked the taste. I thought the cost was high. The concept of a slow 12hr release protein powder is great, assuming the science backs it up.

Stuff is great, if you compare the label to Muscle Milk, you get more protein for your buck, it is also loaded with EFA's, all your BCAA's and as far as the cost, you can find it as cheap as $25.99 on some sites. I just starting using their banana flavor and it is great!!

I honestly will not use anything else. I have been using it for about a year straight now and it has been the only protien that I can atually "feel". Its almost like my muscles stay harder and fuller all day. Plus it tastes great...
P.S. I wish I could do cottage cheese every day but between the price/taste/incoveniance its just not feasible, at least for me.
