I'm sure no one cares hahaha
but, for those of you that have been around since the PL board started will know I have been out of the gym for 2 years. I annhilated my wrist in my last meet, and took time off. came back after 6 months and ruined the wrist after 3 days. So ended up being out for an additional 18 months. Most of it, due to plain laziness.
Well, I have been back in for 8 weeks now so far. Hittin the gym real steady, and took my first max in 2 years today. Went to 425lbs on bench, shirted and at 193lbs BW. It's definitely not where I want to be quite yet, but I feel really good and finally feel like I am gettin back in the game now. I feel great
ok, thanks.......proceed ;)

About time you get your lazy ass back in the gym!

i know it man. I have been an absolute turd.
Feels really good to be back in though. first month was boring as hell.
If I cared what I looked like a little more it wouldnt have been so bad. I just wanted to touch some weight, but was too weak to do it. So it was definitely boring. Feelin good again though.

Yeah....the first few weeks back always suck. The weights and movements feel stale...but once you get back in the groove....Its on!

Actually it was just a bad hand off that injured my wrist. I must have tore something in it because it took a good 6 months to heal. Even right now, two years later my wrist hurts just warming up with 135lbs. I have delicate little girl wrists hahahaha
