I'm almost tempted to buy this dvd - 4 hours on 2 dvds, check out that retro style! only $20 !

I would have bought it.. Those were the good ole days.. You would have learnt that the 3 on 1 off was the way to go!

if i remember correctly shawn ray and kevin levrone is in that video training legs with frank zane!
