when i first started training used to work at a gym so i'd open up an hour earlier and train by myself ...5 am
now i usually walk in the gym between 8:30 and 9:30 at night

6 a.m. to 6:45 a.m. It took a little getting used to, but now I Prefer it, because the gym is fairly empty, and I do not have to put up with all the fools.

Depends on what time I work. I like to train about 2 or 3 right before it gets crowded. If I train at about 9am or 10am I have the place to myself most of the time.

Military and currently on a year deployment. Lots of free time due to the area we are located at. Gym, chow, and emails are the daily routine. Gained the most muscle, weight, and strenght the last 8 months than i have ever since i started training ;D ;D ;D

Roughly 5pm.
Would love to train at around 10am or 11am but due to work commitments it's not possible. :-\

Offseason: I train every OTHER day. Usually around 7 or 8pm.
Pre contest: 6:30am-7:15am (cardio) Then I shower, eat, pack my food and get ready for work. 10:30am-6:30pm. Then I train around 7pm.
On my day OFF of work (Fridays) I try to train around 2pm or so.

Believe it or not your money is in good hands (not bush by the way) If you count your money being wasted by me and my boys being paid and winning the battle at Fallujah, if you count your money being wasted by us destroying the Al-Queda network in Iraq, then so be it. Our money is being wasted by us trying to stop the civil war between the Sunni's and the Shiet's. That is not our war. We deserve our time off, we earned it.

usually around 7-8 pm. Today its gonna be arnd 5 30 (in 10 min). Not a morning person at all(though I tend to study better in the morning or very late at night) so morning workouts are almost always shitty for me. Legs today, its gonna be fun!

I'm a night owl so I train after I lock up the gym around 10pm. That way I can listen to the Metal station on the radio, and can get an intense workout done in less time. I usually have someone there to spot me on necessary lifts but other than that the place is empty. ;D

Weights at 5:30am conditioning and track work around 1-2:00pm (2-3 days)!

Think about this, why would a nation fight a war? We have to gain something else besides being the "good guys" yes we took a dictator out, but we also gained a stratigic location. Look at where Iraq is located, perfect place in the middle east to keep an eye on Iran, get cheap oil, and protect Israel. Its all politics. Why do you think we put so many American lives at risk? Being a super power comes with sacrafice. Iran is too easy, we bomb the sh1t out of them, North Korea??? Please.. know your countries and you would know that they can't even feed their own people without international help. Study, read, and get your news from places besides CNN and Fox News, and the BBC, and you will really know what's going on in the world. Africa (Somalia, Sudan, Jaboudi) are next after that its the Phillipenes are next, because those goverments are tolerent of Extremist Muslims. Educate yourselves fools.... it's too easy if you read.

I have defiantely been there. When I was at "Balad" the Army gym at 0500, then to the hospital for a 12 hour shift, Defac 1, then to my trailer. If I could not sleep then it was over to the Air Force gym for some light cardio.
Here in Turkey I make it to the gym when it opens at 0500.

meh...the gym ws dark and dank..and full or rats n spiders...great place for a 5 am squatathon.. ;D

Changes every day depending on whether ive got to work or not, tbh i dont even have set days where i train a certain bodypart either some weeks ill train a bodypart twice, some days ill train in the morning, some days late afternoon (about 6pm)

early am workouts take some gettin used to you. most people who do it say its the best way to do it. I've done it before but its really hard. I like at least 2 meals in me.

it ws hard..but this gym ws in the basement (an old warehouse) of a giant food store..
it ws lined with mirrors but only a few bulbs worked....and there WERE rats and spiders around...
there ws no heating so it ws freezing in the winter..you had to dress in layers..it ws its own unique experience ..squatting..by myself in this huge place..with metallica blaring...

if thats true, that sounds awesome!! People really piss me off so i'd love to train like that. The other day i was in the middle of a set of squats and i was just about out of breath and i can hear these people chit chattin right behind me about this and that...I almost lost it.

riight..should seen me when i had to walk downstaits in pitch dark...locate the treadmills...locate the door behind the 4th treadmill..go into an even darker room...feel around against the wall for the light switches to the gym and flip em one by one..
i screamed like a little bitch many times when some creepy crawly would tickle my neck or hand :-[

my parents put me in college at 15...by 17 i hadn't gotton laid...that young in college is a very lonely time (UMCP) and i had a LOT of pent up anger... :-\
i doubt i can ever match that kinda intensity.....i ws squatting 315 for 12 reps by 18...by myself..

yanno in all honesty..yeah i ws concerned about a spider running across my hand as i hit that first light switch...(although i did curse like a pirate when one ocassionally did)
but what i ws most concerned about...ws ghosts :-[ i'd scramble to turn the lights on as quick as possible...and i'd talk to my self real loud before :-[
the rats didn't bother me..eh..ya usually spotted one in a corner and then it ran off...
