We had the same thread about Frank McGrath. Here are two guys who would beat Frank in competition. But let's see if anyone would choose their physiques over Arnold's.

I'm just using this thread to show the kinds of physiques people strive for: height, small waist, big arms and upper body, but who cares about legs and back? Frank is similar to Arnold in this manner. Who wants to look like Tom Platz?

Frank is big and looks better than most of the guys today. I think if you have a protruding gut that should put you out of contention to win. Plain and simple.

I often wonder if these modern guys with the huge guts would rather look like the ironage guys such as Arnold but are forced to take massive amounts of gh and insulin in order to be competitive onstage. If they actually prefer the way they look now, they have to be delusional or in denial.

McGrath's legs are pretty big as well, maybe not Platz like but stll pretty big.

Arnold wins every time!!! ;D
Tom is my favorite for motivation for doing legs and you always have to do legs if you are serious about bodybuilding and not just getting a beach body.
