I've always heard that too.  Never cared to investigate it cuz I can't stand celery.  :-X

ive got tonnes of candy and junk from xmas and the other day i did the avg caloires per 50 grams of random sweets and came to about 210 cals. (and yes im single!)   :-\

Might have 50 grams post workout till its all gone , its amasing seeing how much broccoli you could have in comparison tho  :)

Thats gonna be my new years resolution i think, to avoid beer netc.

I mean i only ever touch the stuff on a saturday after a game of rugby, but even then im thinking of cutting back and notdrinking, to see how much diff it makes to my training.
