Dude, they do it ALL THE TIME.

One Iraqi Army platoon leader and his platoon sergeant tried to disarm an IED by clipping the wires, but they didn't realize that it was a closed circuit, and it blew thier heads off.  Well, whole head on one and half a head on the other.  Both very dead.  Its like they all think they are invincible.

I could tell you guys some crazy stories.
