This 2 DVD set follows IFBB Pro Bodybuilder Phil Heath 12 weeks out from his pro debut in Denver, Colorado. The DVD includes tons of training, lots of behind the scenes footage leading into the Colorado Pro, backstage at the show, the victory party and the photo shoot with Kevin Horton the next day.
Now you can help decide which cover IFBB Pro Bodybuilder Phil "The Gift" Heath uses for his first DVD.
THE GIFT
A New Beginning
The DVD goes into duplication the end of the week and will be shipping in February.

COVER #1
-
Cover #2
-
i voted for #1, it seems to suit a cover more, that pose is better for a cover, he's closer to the camera where the other is more in the distance + his smile is better on the #1
the black and white pictures on the right side would suit the back of the dvd better imo.
-
Good shot's ,i would have used his most muscular though, best pose imo his arm's and delt's carry that shot like shawn ray's did.
-
Been waiting for this mofo's DVD. I vote for cover #1.
-
The background and text in the first cover looks great but for my taste I don't think the bright coloured image of Phil works well at all. Saying that I'd still go for Cover 1 though, much better than the other one.
-
COVER #1
this cover looks awesome...he looks huge in the side chest pose
-
#1 - Like the background and text but the side chest shot isnt his best.
-
Will the back cover be Phil on his knees sucking off old men to ensure his continued gear supply and 'victories'?
The first ones the best.
-
i vote for 1st one...
Mmmmmm....sorry.. but still i cant understand why this guy is so overrated.
-
Overrated? Whatever....
He is the future....
-
chest just dissapears in the front double bi lookin at that shot !!

The funny thing about this post is that the first thing that came to your mind when looking at these covers is some dude sucking off old men ???

Jimm Quinnn's Nickname was the "Future" in the WBF Federation. Vince Comerford was the "Phoenix" I think Troy Zucolatto was "The Golden Boy". Eddie Robinson was "Major Guns"
Phil Heath.....he is the Future Of Bodybuilding ...not a nickname

#1 dwarfs #2

I agree its not nickname.
its called overrated.
-
Overrated? You call winning 2 pro shows overrated? Its called busting your ass off and working with awesome genetics....he deserved both wins...
You must have thought Flex Wheeler was overrated when he won 2 pro shows as a rookie consecutively huh?

Yes he deserved his win.But against who? Darrem charles. He is good. But Darrem is not excelent good.
In addition,Darrem didnt lose against Heath completly. That was a good fight.
If he is a future of BBing,he should show overwhelming power before everybody like sensational pro debut of Flex wheeler.

Please....look how better Ronnie got with time...who would have known years ago that Ronnie would have become the Greastest Mr Olympia of all time.
I remember reading Musclemag a long time ago...and the writer of the article was lisitng people that would nenver become Mr Olympia....Ronnie Coleman was one of them...look at Ronnie now
Damn..Phil bested Dennis the menace and other seasoned pros....he is going to do damage...just wait and see.

#1 lift

#1 coz u dont see the calves there (heeeheee)
-
NEITHER, too much going on in both. Looks like typical over the top to much photoshoping graphic design you saw in the 90's. If he is the next big thing then he needs an original graphic style to communicate that. " Less is more" would be the best way to go.

I know you dont believe me but i swear to the god.
I knew Ronnie had the potential to be a mr.o from his first appearance in helsinki. Why? His great WIDE bone structure and pecs and his small waist.
For example,i know you guys will beat me up but i say.....Bob Chic has the potential too. But he didnt make it grow..
The other guy i cant remember his name...he is a pilot and his leg is lagging.....
Mr.O should be "SPECTACLAR". Not only aethtic physic but you need spectacular growing especialy during hitting double biceps.
And Phil is not spectaclar.
-
And there are 4 overwhelming mr.o,Arnold,Haney,Yates and Ronnie.
They were all SPECTACLAR.
-
Gosh...if I had the choice to have anyone's of the pro's physiques, I would rather look like Phil anyday of the week than Ronnie, Jay, Gunter...etc
Well...Id also like to have Flex Wheeler's physique and Shawn Ray's as well....
Phil is not that spectacular? You are so blind LOL

I agree with you. When Dorian was O,I like Vince Taylor and want to be like him. But I admit Dorian is better and he was a O.So its another story when it comes to judging.
Do you see "Spreading out" when Phil is doing double bi?

What do you guys think of just the shot that is on the trailer site? It's been suggested a couple times.
Trying to include the fans in this but as usual selection by committee is challenging. Given the landscape of bodybuilder DVD covers I think we'll be aight though. ;)

i like the heath most muscular
out of those 2 choices id take number 1
this is just a sick fucking picture!

wow lift...everyone's a critic here...now you know how it feels :-)
They both look good...it's a hard call-but it is tough to go with the first one and not really show the midsection which is one of the things that stands out with Phil vs some other pros
It does make him look smaller, but also highlights aesthetics
Most muscular pose would have been cool also...

There is a pose that heath always does...I call it the Heath pose....
Does anyone know what the Heath pose looks like? It looks almost like a most muscular but its not really?
Damn, I wish I could find that picture....that should be the cover of the dvd

Yeah he is good. But why why why why why??
His chest is always toooo narrow for me!!
To be an O you need wide chest like Ronnie!
Even Jay and dorian has wider chest than heath
-
Arvilla...thats not the heath pose...this is the signature Heath pose!!! He made it into a pose all his own. To me it looks majestic...I just wish I found a profesional photo of it where it shows this pose much better:

I agree with Arvilla. The most muscular shot would be good to but Phil isn't a MASS MONSTER animal.
He's a 'pretty BB'. A guy like Ruhl or Heiko or DJ could get away with a cover like that more.
I say Cover #1, Issac.
-
Isaac, thanks for the preview!
Looking forward to the DVD!!!
-
I like the first pic !
-

-
phil heath= abs, arms, conditioning.
his delts are OKAY,too.. pecs are incredibly narrow and shallow...back is much to small for arms in the back double bi shots...legs are narrow, need much more sweep.
and this is compared to an average ifbb pro...not the top competitors.
stop hyping this kid up...your just preparing him for an even harder fall one he competes against some talent.....not just darrem charles. (who should have beat him anyways)

There's never been any dispute with Phil Heath, Phil takes care of his business on and off the stage.
candidate - not much traffic to play in today due to the holiday huh?

The third cover is the best. The first two just look too ordinary.
