This article claims Jay Cutler weighs in at 292 lbs at 6% bodyfat. Does anyone know if that is accurate? Have they ever done a weigh in at any of the competitions Jay has competed in and if so, what was his weight?
Though Jay seems huge in pictures, I find it hard to believe that he is up to 292 lbs at 6% BF on his 5'10" (11"?) body frame. Seems a stretch.

Im 5'9 and I met Jay last summer, we were exactly the same height. Ronnie is 5'11 an noticably taller than Jay.
From what I saw, jay is easly 290 plus pounds. he is very solid at that weight too. 6-7% bodyfat would sound about right.

Yea, gotta agree.. Jay is around 5'8, 5'9

I think it might be true...
-
I could see those numbers being true...However, he won't step on stage at anything near 290

If he is 6% at 290 lbs. off-season (as you suggest), then what is his weight and bodyfat percentage during competitions?
-
water doesn't add to bodyfat %ages. He could be 6% at 290.
-
i don't find it hard to believe at all. he is bloated in the offseason.

he is about 10~12% off season
-
he is about 10~12% off season
he competes at, what, 270 or 275? assuming his bf is 3% for the contest which is pretty reasonable, he'd be 306 before he's at 12% bf. and that's ignoring the fact that he could easily be dropping 15-20 pounds of water.
-
He could be the next Flex Wheeler with 0.001% bodyfat
-
i heard something about flex being tested at golds by some guy and he had a really low bodyfat number, anyone have any information?
-
I know Jay pretty well and i can tell you that 100% he would never be above 8% even at 305lbs! So at 290 yes he would be 6%! You are getting confused with water and BF.
