i've never seen a "tiny" guy front squat 500lbs. at least not correctly, it's not possible to be small and correctly front squat a 500 pound barbell, i've seen Olympic lifters who weren't mammoth upper bodied guys front squat that much but if you look closely at them their legs are huge for their frames.

i believe that Mike could squat 600 at 300 bodyweight for a single definitely, hell i do sets of 5 with well over 500 rock bottom at 232 bodyweight.

yeah i'm a little shorter than Mike at 5'11" and i've always had short legs and gains have always come easy for me on squats and also leg size.

Here's a non judgemental opinion, cause I could care less about Arvilla or Alexxx. I believe SOME of Arvillas lift claims, cause at 300 pounds plus he musta been dirty strong, however I dont believe that 600 pound squat.
As for Alexxx--albeit I think the guy is a tit,...but,...I think he will over time crush Arvilla's physique. He is close now and has way better wheels, better genetics, better structure.
Overall I gotta go with Alexxx the tit on this one, he's gonna be way better than Arvilla. I'd still like to smack Alexxx the bitch in the head tho, andthen bang his sister.

You did good, remember your climate is different that mine and so is cost of living...You could of charged $50-$60 but now, you will definitely have a "re-sign". Think big picture, what you already did~!

Do you pocket the entire 20session/$45 hr.?
I am going to train arms now, shit with a pump they might stretch past 15 1/2 inches!

those lifts 5 - 10 years and 150 lbs ago were done and i wasn't the strongest of my crew by far!

yeah like i said i have a feeling that you look bigger in person, not that you look small in pics, people would be surprised how strong you can get by training in a gym that has huge strong guys training there based just on not wanting to be shamed or embarassed.

Of course, it could be that you've got really shitty leg genetics coupled by the fact that you're tall.
You should do free weight barbell Squats and front squats every week, around 10 sets with your max weight and you should do triple drops - do a weight with which you'll reach failure around 8 reps, drop the weight and go to failure for 12 on the next one and drop the weight further and do another 12 - 15 reps. Take 6 - 8 minutes off between sets, give it 3 months and see what happens.

Sorry, I meant to say he should alternate front squats one week with normal barbell squats on the next - so 10 sets of either front or back squats on any given day with maximum poundages. Nothing will thicken and pack beef on the legs, especially when you do triple drops on top. I do this every week and my legs have improved heaps in the last 2 years.

It's from his website. He uses that to trick some people into letting him train them. Most of his website is plagiarized on top of that.
He also stated his competition weight was 250 on his web site before he even competed. He also used to say he weighed 270 all the time. Never heard 312 till today.
