Hehe, I remember that guy from your avatar, Salmon. Can you find/post that link again? GB needs a refresher on destructive tendon and ligament BB'ing.

I didn't save the link but it was a great lesson in how to rupture all connective tissues.  The Ron Harris clips are almost as bad.  I bet he and "mindspin" like to feed warm yogurt to each other  ha ha!
