Try to stay around 1 hour a day 5 days a week. Going to be a lot less this week with 3 exams. Then again, the last hour I spent on this site could've been spent in the gym. :'(
-
4 hours or so.
-
Somebody just exaggerated their time in the gym by about...4 hours or so.

not at all. if you trained like Dorian. you would wanna die or puke after each workout... b/c of Dorian we learned that rest and recover is more important then just training
i train 4.5-5 hours a day.. its funny how bbing has changed tho the years. in the old days, BBers would live in the gym. I've heard ppl train for 8 hours a day..
-
huh what on earth are you doing at the gym for 4,5-5 hours a day?
-
my bad i meant 4.5-5 hours a WEEK
-
About 6 hours per week.... 10 with cardio
-
3-4 hours in the gym.....2-3 on the track!

Weight training: 3 sessions, approx 1.5-2 hrs each so 4.5-6 hrs.
Cardio: 2 sessions a week, if that. 30 min sessions. so an hour there.
Total: 5-7 hrs :o
I dont even study half that many hrs, and Im a full time college student. Yikes.

The message of Dorian was that GH worked great with some additional AAS ???
Dorian was a beast who had his own drugstore. The greatest in his era, no one could beat him, but let's not make a hero out of him. His trainingsmethod wasn't new either.
Right attitude, right genetics, right pharmacist, in that order.

From the time I pick the weight to do my first set, to the time I complete my last rep for my last set of my last exercise......about 45 minutes = 3 hours a week. If you are pressed for time, your form is good, your intensity high and your diet right, this will work just fine.
Serge Nubret, for example, lifts weights 4 hours a day, I believe every day of the week. That has worked great for him and he was a pro, but there is no way that I can spend that much time in the gym with my job and other commitments.

I´m training around 5 hours a week with weigths (4 times a week approx. 75 minutes, and the first 15 minutes are only warm-up for
the 1. heavy set that starts the workout.)
I´m 6 "2", 285 lbs, training for over 25 years......

i train 7 days a week, about an hour each day...so 7 hours
