280? holy shit, i didn't think you were that heavy, i would have guessed 245-250 looking at you, not in a bad way but your stomach doesn't look huge or anything.

i like your style man... most guys get above 200 and they think they have wear string tanks and tights everyday....  you seem like a down to earth guy, and that is saying a lot in this sport.  i wish you the best.

Justin, thank you for finally making a training DVD I (and every other guy out there serious about training right) would want to watch! Every time those "Project Superheavyweight" threads would come out on Mayhem, I would think Damn when they gonna make the DVD.

I have never bought a training DVD before of any kind. I watched clips from them online, and none of them made me want to buy them. I always felt a total disconnect with what was going on in the DVD vis-a-vis my own gym experience. This DVD looks different, because we know you are teaching and sharing, not showing off. And 25 bucks is pretty cheap, I was expecting to pay upwards of 40.

Again, thank you and Steve!

Thank you.

I hope it comes out like I think it will.  If you purchase it, let me know what you think!

Gotta love the fact Mike is buying every bbing dvd he gets his hands. maybe he likes watching people train instead of training himself?
