I like doing bench presses to the neck.
I do my dumbell flyes first and then do the neck presses.
Be humble and focus on the form, elbow position, contraction, and stretch.....leave the ego at the door.

Lots of ecchymosis, could have dropped the weight causing major bruising or possible muscle tear....either or that looks painful
