Most of you know I am a fan of the ironage type physiques. I met Atwood at my buddy's suppliment shop a few years back. I can tell you, the guy is the hugest bastard you will ever see. Chest sticks out like 3 feet. Giant back and quads. Even tho his arms look small, they are gigantic. The rest of him is so huge, they look small on video, but are monster in person. Either way he looks like shit now, and ruined his physique. Just thought I would toss that in there!

Looks in better shape than lots of guest posers, plus we can't all look our best all the time..

You are right, its one thing to say "that guys huge or a freak or whatever" but when people are talking about how he is a great looking guy theres more going on that meets the eye.

Art still trains at my gym here in dallas from time to time. He's a big bastard. Like someone said he's huge in person, but arms are a definite weak bodypart. I agree he looked better in the past. Now hes ruined his physique for the sake of gaining more mass :-\
