I measure 26 inches cold on my quads...is that big ?
Also , Calves are at 17 inches to boot , the same as my arms. Is that in proportion?

I know I'm tiny (im 75kg), I take pics to follow my progress. I can only do it one day at a time, maybe I shouldn't post for 2 years and come bigger and better. And I only posted that pic to show you it was 60cm.

hahahha , i dont have the best form nor do i have anyone willing to video tape me at the gym. I usually lift by myself...and that was when i was at my all time strongest... i 'll probably get there again around June-July.... yesterday i was doing back and did bent overs (2) 45s and a 25 on each side on the smith/ superset with 315 shrugs (no straps) ....

free weight bent rows for 315 - Smith machine bent rows for around 245 = over 70 lbs. of stinky bullshit

Seriously, I think my quads look OK there. Might just be the low bodyfat, but I feel I have good genetics for quad size. Just need to be consistant with my diet (same old story...).
