Hi Shadow.. For the record Ronnie beats milky any day of the week.

Pound for pound Ronnie. Ronnie used to be strong even when he was a natural and weighted only 250 pounds offseason.

Ronnie's range of motion and form are better than Jacko's.....so I dont think Jacko's lifts are legit...
Hence Ronnie is stronger and Jacko's lifts are invalid.....

Jackson deadlifted 804 when he weighed 244 last year.

How much did Ron weigh when he did 800x2?
That could settle some of the argument.

OK BUT CONSIDER BEFORE HIS 805 FOR 2 HE DID 7** FOR 4, AND 6** FOR 6, AND SO ON

ronnie also had straps. regardless of his "tiring out", the point is that johnnie has done heavier weights than ronnie has. that's just the simple facts. johnnie's best deadlift as far as i know is 814 weighing 230-ish and it was done three and a half weeks before the 2001 nationals. his best squat is around 830. these were competition lifts, while ronnie's pair of 800x2 lifts were done in the gym and obviously neither would have gotten white lights (his pull due to straps, his squat due to depth).
now, ronnie's a better bencher, and he's also stronger on some of the more bodybuilding lifts like rows.

I HAVE YET TO SEE JOHNNIE DO ANYTHING AND I DON'T KNOW WHY THERE IS EVEN A DISCUSSION OVER WHO IS SUPPOSEDLY STRONGER THAN WHO. I HAVE SEEN VIDEOS OF RONNIES SQUATTING (IMPRESSIVE) AND DEADLIFTING (IMPRESSIVE AGAIN)...NOT TO MENTION BENCHING, SHRUGGING ETC ETC. I HAVE NOT SEEN A VIDEO OF JOHNNIE DOING ANYTHING. TO SETTLE ALL OF THIS "TALK" WOULD SOMEONE PLEASE POST SOME VIDS OF THESE FEATS OF STRENGTH BY JACKSON SO ALL OF THIS HEARSAY CAN COME TO REST.
ALSO RONNIE IS NOT A POWERLIFTER BUT A BODYBUILDER AND THEREFORE WHETHER OR NOT HIS LIFTS ARE VALID DUE TO STRAPS OR NO STRAPS ARE OF NO CONCERN...BOTTOM LINE IS HE IS A STRONG MOFO BUT NOT A STRONG MOFO BECAUSE HE IS TRYINGTO IMPRESS...IT IS JUST HIS STYLE. JOHNNIE ON THE OTHER HAND GIVES ME THE IMPRESSION OF TRYING TO "IMPRESS THE CROWD". LET US HOPE HIS ATTITUDE DOESN'T BRING ON A CAREER ENDING INJURY.

johnnie did them in actual powerlifting meets. he's pulled over 800 under comp rules multiple times. and turn your goddamn caps off.

i would say ronnie
if you read the newest flex branch warren might beat them both...if what was written in the article is anywhere close to the truth i would bet on branch...pound for pound. the writer said ronnie would have been impressed by branch's workout on 50g of carbs..he did more weight then ronnie closer to the show weighing less and on less carbs.
i know someone will say so what ronnie may have not wanted to get hurt ect. but i am stating a point that branch no doubt trains crazy and may beat them both

if you go by what they have done, johnnie is stronger than either of them in the squat and deadlift. his chest is probably the weakest of the three.

Who can tell how strong Johnny Jackson is,he lies all the time.He said he could squat 815 with no belt suit or wraps,but,incredibly,in a meet,using all this gear he squatted 826. 11 pounds out of his gear.Excuse me thats bullcrap!!Ronnie on the other hand has done many impressive lifts on film and has had no less an authority then Steve Goggins[first man to squat 1100] say he could be a world champ in powerlifting with a years training.Ronnie is stronger and far more honest as well.

The man just got long arms, bit of Lamar Gant IMO.
Not really weak chest, it's a biomechanical issue, the result is the same though.
Also explains JOJ's great deadlifting.
