Title: I PULLED MY ASS YESTERDAY WHEN DOING ONE LEGGED PRESSES!!!!!!!

Now it hurts. What advice can you guys give me. I know most of the squad team likes to ram things up there asses and it is bruised for weeks but I am sure there are some normal people who just happen to get a glute injury.

Avoid heavy press and squats, but keep on doing them light weigth... Take Flameril to the pain and you will be just fine...

I guess if you don't know WHY they are doing it, you can make fun of it...........but those exercises are done for a reason. More proof on why most people on here will never get beyond simple training protocol!

Why do you think? He allready used all the weights at the gym for regular les presses, he had no choice but to start doing it one leg at a time!

just lay off leg training for a while, your legs are ahead anyways. just focus on upper body until it heals, maybe do some leg extensions just to maintain a bit.

You guys are right. I don't really go heavy on legs except for front squats nowadays but instead I will just do cardio on legpress machine and shape nice cuts in dem beef! 8)
